Salesforce India recorded a 47% year-over-year rise in revenue to ₹13,384.5 crore for the financial year ending 31 March 2025, according to regulatory filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The company said it plans to accelerate its focus on agentic AI-driven transformation as enterprise adoption of its Agentforce platform moves from pilots to full-scale deployments.

India remains one of Salesforce’s fastest-growing markets, with more than 14,000 employees across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune and Jaipur. The company continues to expand its customer base and ecosystem of partners, while also investing in local talent development.

Salesforce said its skilling programmes reached over 75,000 learners in 2025. The Trailblazer community in India now includes more than 3.9 million members.

Salesforce said its growth is tied to rising demand for AI-powered and data-driven solutions across sectors. Its recently launched Agentforce 360 suite integrates applications, data, metadata and AI agents into a single platform.

The company said thousands of customers are already using the system to drive returns as they transition into what it calls Agentic Enterprises.

Enterprises such as Air India, Tata Play, Tata Consumer Products and Bandhan Bank are among those using Salesforce platforms for customer engagement and digital transformation. The company said the combination of AI agents and human workers is enabling new operational models and revenue opportunities.

Arundhati Bhattacharya, president & CEO, Salesforce South Asia, said India “continues to be a powerhouse of growth and innovation” for the company.

“We are empowering businesses to adopt the Agentic Enterprise model, using AI not merely for automation, but as a catalyst for genuine innovation that delivers significant value for their customers, employees, and the wider community,” she added.

She said Salesforce aims to help every customer become “intelligent, trusted, and ready for the future.”

Rajesh Gopal, global chief digital officer at Tata Consumer Products, said the economic environment shaped by AI and automation requires businesses to prioritise speed and productivity.

“Leadership is strategically investing in AI to boost human capabilities and productivity,” he said. He added that rapid digital transformation is essential for meeting evolving customer needs and sustaining growth in India’s competitive market.

Beyond business operations, Salesforce said it has contributed over $10 million in all-time giving to nonprofits in India.
